Why a Chinese M is not a European 38
Size conversion is the single most common cause of returns on cross-border fashion. Here is how we handle it.

Cross-border fashion returns cluster around one cause: sizing. A garment labelled M in Shanghai can correspond to anything from a 34 to a 40 in Paris, depending on the category and the house.
Corridor does not simply relabel. Each brand supplies a measurement table in centimetres, and every product page shows both the original label and the European equivalent, with the flat measurements that produced it. When a brand's grading is unusual, we say so on the product page rather than hiding it in a size guide nobody opens.
The measurable result we hold ourselves to: return rates on sizing below the European e-commerce average for the category.
