Customers in the European Union have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. Corridor's policy extends this to thirty days for retail orders.

Wholesale orders are placed between businesses and are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal; returns on trade orders follow the terms agreed with each brand.
