- How long does delivery take?
- Five to nine working days across the European Union on the standard service, two to four on express. Each brand ships from its own warehouse, so an order split across two brands arrives in two parcels.
- Do I pay customs or duty?
- No. Prices shown include VAT and every brand on Corridor ships to the EU on delivered-duty-paid terms. There is nothing to pay on delivery.
- How do I know my size?
- Every product page shows the brand's own label and the European equivalent, derived from measurements in centimetres rather than from the letter on the label. Where a brand's grading is unusual, we say so on the page.
- Can I return something?
- Thirty days from delivery on retail orders, which is longer than the fourteen the law requires. Wholesale orders are business-to-business and follow the terms agreed with each brand.
- Are these brands really verified?
- Yes, and we publish what we checked: the atelier, the materials, the certification numbers and the designer. Anything we could not verify is named as such rather than left implied.
- Why are the prices not cheaper?
- Because the clothes are not cheap to make. These are small ateliers working in merino, cashmere, vegetable-tanned leather and 22-momme silk. Corridor exists to give that work a European shop window, not to undercut anyone.
- What happens if something is wrong?
- Contact us through your account. Corridor is an intermediary, but a dispute between you and a brand is escalated to us and we hold the brand to the platform's rules.
- Can I buy wholesale?
- If you retail, yes. Open a trade account, we verify the company within two working days, and you then see wholesale pricing, line sheets, minimums and lead times across the selection.
