Corridor operates a marketplace connecting independent Asian fashion brands with customers and trade buyers in Europe. Corridor is an intermediary: the contract of sale is concluded between the customer and the brand, and the brand is the seller of record for the goods.

A full version must cover, at minimum: the parties and their obligations, order formation, pricing and VAT, delivery, the statutory right of withdrawal, conformity and warranty, liability, the marketplace's commission, suspension and termination, applicable law and dispute resolution, and the disclosures required by the EU Platform-to-Business Regulation (2019/1150) and the Digital Services Act.
